I specialize in Azure Landing Zones, cloud governance, and Infrastructure as Code. My engagements typically involve:
- Designing and delivering enterprise-grade Azure Landing Zones aligned with the Cloud Adoption Framework
- Building Infrastructure as Code foundations using Terraform, enabling repeatable and auditable deployments

Senior Cloud Solution Architect — Surrey Police Service#
Oct 2025 – Present · Surrey, BC
Engaged to remediate and redesign the organization’s Azure Landing Zone, establishing a secure and scalable cloud foundation. Rebuilt the landing zone using Terraform, led deployment of SAS Viya on Azure AKS, and mentored internal teams for long-term ownership.
Senior Cloud Solution Architect — Legal Aid BC#
Dec 2025 – Feb 2026 · Vancouver, BC
Led design and delivery of a greenfield Azure Landing Zone supporting the organization’s transition from on-premises infrastructure. Developed Landing Zone and Azure Virtual Desktop architecture blueprints and implemented the complete platform using IaC.
